What is a photograph? To me they are stories... or pieces of one anyway. A single moment seized from some greater narrative.
A photographer, or any person expressing themselves through the visual arts, is simply a storyteller
who has picked a particular way of telling their tale.
Here, in this exhibit, you will find portraits of people. However, what I am truly hoping you will find are the ways
in which each image may unhinge in your mind, and evolve into a thing far greater than what I have hung upon the wall.
For me, this is where the true value of art can be found – in the infinite number of ways which it can be perceived by the viewer.
